We’re on a mission to protect vulnerable people - the elderly, the intellectually or developmentally disabled, and kids. Each year, courts provide oversight of $50B+ assets under guardianship and conservatorships, as well as trillions of dollars in estate transfers. Our software is designed to help courts oversee all those assets and protect the people who need it most.

CEO
Matt is an experienced entrepreneur who has spent the last decade building start ups in regulated markets. As an attorney with extensive experience in the startup world, Matt has led software businesses in the commercial drone (sold to Verizon) and education technology markets (sold to his co-founder). Matt’s hands-on approach and practical leadership have consistently delivered impactful results for his customers and teams. He’s thrilled to apply his JD/MBA background to the mission-oriented work here at Societal Systems.

Grey is a seasoned engineer with 12+ years of experience driving innovation across full-stack development, DevOps, and systems architecture. He has a proven ability to architect, build, and deploy complex software solutions for startups. He is passionate about fostering a collaborative environment and has successfully taught and mentored junior engineers, helping them reach their full potential. After years in the advertising sector, Grey is leveraging his talents in the justice tech space where they can make the most impact.
